We sell handmade, pre-owned and vintage items that may have minor imperfections and deterioration caused by handmade nature, wear and age. This is not considered to be defective and it is what exactly makes these items special. We share detailed pictures and product descriptions of all pieces.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days excluding weekend and major holidays. All shipments are sent via USPS and once we deliver your order we send you via email the tracking number.
After fulfilled purchases have a delivery time frame of around 1-3 business days in Puerto Rico and 3-6 in the United States. IELA is not responsible for USPS delays.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted we will send you the address where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for any return shipping fee.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Original shipping fee is non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
